It has been a long time since the unit had training. I dunno what the OC is doing, the unit has no trainings ever since the exams ended. NDP is coming and yet there is no training to train them up.

I heard so many things happening in the unit that I felt so hurt when i got to know and felt so disgusted by the cadets. What had seriously happened? I do not know. I feel a lot for this cca, for this unit which is why i went thru the hardships in CI course and came back to contribute and to plant my love for the unit and CCA right into the unit. I want to spread my passion to people but yet I feel so dissapointed. I could not sense the right passion. The purpose of why they are so "on" is because they want to get high position and get all the CCAs that they want and throw their weights about and not because they really want to help.

Mayb in this world only I am stupid enough to do things not for my own good but for other's good. Mayb, I am too selfless. I can give up anything just to do the unit, to do the cadet's good. I can give up my studies and put my heart and soul in the prefectorial board because I want to do the school good, not because I want to climb up in a high post. Even though i got the highest post in the the prefectorial board then, it wasn't what i want, I only asked for a head of admin, do admin stuff and in charge of events to help the school then. But yea, Mrs Anthony reccomended me to go for it, so i went ahead.

Why are humans so complex, they think of all sort of ways to get what they want, negleting friendship, kinship. Friendship and kinship doesn't hold weight in their lives? Why can't everyone be just simple, do what they have in mind, go for feelings and not just pure benefits. Can't human be selfless? If humans are behaving this way, what is the use of morals passed down from our ancestors, wat's the use of implementing CME if we dun learn?

Should I also learn to be selfish? I thought selfish is bad? Am I really stupid or dumb to learn to be selfish only when I am 17? Is it a bit too late? Or should I not learn it at all and be myself? I'm so confused by values and the usefulness of these values in life. Maybe only I can see it and not others? I feel so alienated.... Do i belong to this world of power struggle, materialism, selfishness? Or do i belong to my own world of being selfless, doing what my heart tells me to and to spread passion to people i know of? My world and the actual world we are living are like miles apart, so different.

To think back I had graduated from Queenstown like half a year le... and it is nice to actually go out with our secondary school teachers like an ordinary friend, no longer the teacher-student relationship. No longer a barrier or fear between us :))

Yea, so Mei Xin, Dorcas and I met up with Ms Chua today at Great World City. And oopss I overslept~! Anyway Ms Chua was also late because of a meeting in school. Haaz so poor Mei Xin and Dorcas waited.

After like thinking of going TCC, Kenny Rogers Roasters or eating jap food, we ended up at the Kenny Rogers Roasters and we went in and Ms Chua placed our order. It is definitely not cheap la~! I am sure it all totalled up to be around $50 dollars ba.... Hmm, the main dish is like normal to be but the side dish is really nice:) Yummy Yummy~!

This is the first time I ate there because... I can't afford~!!! :( Hmm it is very quiet there, it is not bad, i dun need to like take note of how i behave like in a really high class restraunt, I can like relax.... but the personnel like never clear the table really fast and it is like so unsightly and unpleasant, but overall, yea it is nice~!

After that, we went to That CD Shop with Ms Chua as she wanted to buy a CD to listen. Haha but we came out not buying any cds since Ms Chua couldn't decide on what to buy. So, haha Mei Xin sent one of the songs to Ms Chua's phone. Yeap, then we went on seperate ways home and I also went home after accompanying Mei Xin to buy a baguette from breadtalk which she claims it's nice. Maybe I will buy one one day to try out. That speaks the end of our meeting with Ms Chua, our beloved Pure Geography Teacher~!

Today I've finally read finish this book that I am doing for CRS. I must say it is really a nice book which really made me think and read critically and made me sink into deep thoughts for certain phenomenon in the country. After reading, it really made me treasure what I am enjoying now--equality. I really sympathise with the state of which many of the women are suffering in the country and empathise with them.

This book exposes me to a whole new culture different from the culture of the society I am in. It is indeed intersting, yea, peeps, catch a copy and read it~! It's nice~! =D

Haiz it is like just 4 more days to school re-open. I am like enjoying my holidays... At least I still get to play computer games and log on to msn and chat with my fellow friends. Poor kb is like so tied up and stressed up in his work and assignment for his modules. He would stay up till 4am just to do his project, where i would also stay till 4am, but to play maple -__-" haha~! I am like a slacker and he is like a cow... working really hard.

I dunno how i could help him, I had tried my very best. I know it is difficult for him to cope because I put myself in his shoe and empathized with him. From a EM3 after parent's appeal ended up a in EM2 class with a EM3 standard and landed in NT stream going to one of the top ITE course and from there scoring really high GPA, eligible for LKY award. I was really amazed by his determination and ability to really climb all the way up. Very few ITE students would like really score so well and carry on with poly education. I can really sense that he is working hard. I admire his spirit truely.

I don't know how else i could help him other than to really be by his side to teach him whatever i know and be there to give him the moral support... Ah dar... Jia You~!

Hmm, actually DOPT/1A/01 is like quite united i feel. It's like just 2 months we start to have class gathering and I was like so happy and looking foward towards it. However, it is cancelled, what a pity. Though we are like ya bonded, but we are like in cliques. We are like broken into 3-4 groups, not really as a class.

Time flies and 1 week of holiday have gone, I seemed to have done nothing constructive.=) Let me think back what I had done... Well, I did AP Chem sample paper, AP chem tutorial 4, Human Biochemistry 1000 word essay, helped HQ for World Blood Donor Day @ Vivo, did CRS.... haha so yea... I actually did some constructive work afterall even though I am like playing computer game all the while =D heez!

It's like almost 4am liaoz... going to sleep soon le ba... later I am going to wake the sleepyhead GMX up at 7am as I said~! Haaz, think i shd be can't wake up ba.... Maybe, she will end up be the one who wakes me up:))

Won't be seeing kb and call him today ba... since he is going to do project with his classmates from morning till late in the night. Time to give him some peace and freedom to do his stuff.... Freedom and privacy is important in a relationship I suppose... Though I am not Ai Qing Zhuan Jia (love expert).

Woohoo~! Today is Father's Day...I was like thinking what to give on this special day to my dad and haha my chance came~! I went to play the teambuilding game and paintball crossfire and I won myself a 50 dollars Takashimaya Voucher... Aiya then anyway it's free give my Father lol... Let him go shop for what he want ba.... I go Taka also dunno what to buy... Haha~!

It's 1.22am now and so it is yesterday that this party took place. The venue of the party is @ Jurong West area, at Frontier CC (somewhere near Boon Lay MRT). Sharmeema, Juliana and I met at 5pm at Boon Lay MRT station because we were worried we would get lost haaz, we we're kiasu and decided to reach there at 5pm so that by the time we find the place it would be somewhat near 5.30pm to help Meera to decorate her function room for the party.

Little did we know, we are so street-smart and we found our way so quickly to the CC and we ended up waiting at the library since we see no one. There we started to talk rubbish to kill time and finally it's time and we walk to the function room to wait for Meera and frenz to do up the deco...

So, from 5.30pm we started to decorate the place till around 7.30pm and the party finally started. No one actually really dressed up according to the theme- Royalty and Stars. Even if they did, they also played with the colours, yellow and purple which represents royalty. Haaz luckily i never follow the theme, if not i would be like so brrr.... overdressed~!

Hmm the food is nice but the atmosphere is like not really there... till the later part of the party... haha~! But yea, could see that MC really trying his best to get everyone involved....

Wow~! Meera looks pretty today with her nice hair done and sprayed PURPLE... Haha! And she's in a dress.... rarely sees her in dresses and skirts.... Haha yea and her family is interesting with the "violent auntie" and her funny and cute younger brothers who loves stepping and bursting balloons.... Haha and Wei Xian seems to hit off very well with his brother haha both of them are like kids playing LOL~!

The party ended at about 10.30pm, I think Meera must have enjoyed it ba... though she wasn't the one who wanted to hold a party.... Haaz... 21 years old.... finally really into adulthood... I think it is a trend that everyone would want to really celebrate their first adulthood birthday grand ba... I'd like to do that too... but it's in 4 years times when i reach 21 of coz~!
