Woo... school started~! My first lesson for the day is Psychology and Counselling.
I woke up early and gave kb a morning call as he starts lesson at 8am too. Board a train and alight at queenstown station to wait for the ever-late kb to go to sch together. So in the end we didn't have MacDonald's Breakfast =(
When we alight @ dover wow.... the natural phenomenon of a new academic year.... FULL OF CROWDS AND ALL ARE YEAR ONES~!!! Haha which made me nearly unable to locate Merlyn haha...
The same old Merlyn as per normal... ever-sotong and blur who overslept and came to sch nearly late and i listened to her story of being late in the morning while making our way to T1A for GEMS.
But the ever-sotong Merlyn told me it is T1A52 and told me it seems like the weird corner that is not accessible from the concourse lift and we've got to take the lift from SMA. And argh~! We are suppose to be on time and in the end late because we took the wrong lift and we are suppose to take the concourse lift...
Alright I look downstairs and remembered that oh yea there is one storey that we can cross opposite without going to the 1st floor and walk to concourse to take the lift up again... and I think i got the "sotong" disease as well and i led the way down to 3rd floor and found out we went to the wrong floor again~!!! It's suppose to be 4th floor~!!!
Oh gosh we seemed more like year 1s than year 2s being lost in SP and forget all our orientation. Lesson starts and :D from now on GEMS will start at 8.30am instead of 8am as my lecturer dun need such a long time for lesson unless there is like presentation/quiz etc.
My first lesson of the day ended @ 9am and there I go with Merlyn to Mac to eat our breakfast while waiting for time to past to go for our practical @ 10am. When we were eating, we saw Dr. Zhu Ming Xia... wow~ she permed her hair haha.. i do start to miss her... her funny accent especially though... and there came windi who came in Mario t-shirt that seems so "tight-fit" and HuiQi, Reena, Kellyn etc and there we go off to T112 for Clinical Optometry 1 practical...
When I go in I was like wow... haha "we're on the TV~!" and I didn't expect practical to start as it was the first day... but it started. Haha most people were late la... and whoever walks in was screened on the tv... all of us collect our practical manual and notes from our respective class reps and move to a seat and settle down and the last person to reach was Matthew.
Haha and he found out he got nowhere to sit as the place is kinda small and was not enough to accomodate 2 classes. Haha this teaches us a lesson - want a good seat and do have a seat, make sure u are early....
Mrs Tan explained to us the procedures of Practical 1 and it was really interesting . After going through the procedures we became each other's subject and we are to take reading and suddenly it seems like we are really in clinic like that... doing something which is more related to our career and course compared to the year 1 modules. Haha it's FUN~!!!
We ended @ ard 12+pm and we are to continue our prac on coming thursday. After we ended, Merlyn, Windi and I took a walk to SAA to collect our NYAA booklet (Windi and I)and then to SEC clubhouse to wait for windi to settle some SEC stuff. Windi took like damn long... so Merlyn and I left our bag in the room and left to settle the Japanese Class Payment thing and argh... we walk till so dead tired and thirsty and hungry... MERLYN MADE ME WALK TO AND FRO~!!! I felt as though I did lost weight...
First trip was from SAA to Admin Office (to check where to get the invoice for the cheque payment)
2nd Trip was from Admin Office to SAA (becoz it is the office's lunch break)
3rd Trip was from SAA back to Admin Office ( Coz aloysious say there is a box there or there is somewhere else that can access into the office and we went back to check)
4th Trip was from Admin Office back to SAA again (becoz the box is for cheque payment and the office is still closed~! Miscommunication... Aloysious thought we wanna make payment while what we want is to get the invoice)
5th Trip was from SAA to Business School but halfway we turned back becoz Merlyn forgot her wallet and pen -.-
6th Trip from SAA to Business School all da way (office closed... also same opening hrs and lunch hr... -__-" i wanna faint... heng it is like abt 5 min more to open again if not dun tell me got to walk back again~!!!)
7th Trip was from School of Business back to SAA and I thought whoa... at last...but Merlyn tell me she not sure whether the person wrote correct class or not, so we turned back and walk back to business sch to check)
8th Trip was from business school back to SAA all da way at last... and finally lunch @ FC 3
Finally... home @ last... met kb and he happened to end lesson too and so we went home together... that's how my first day in school was spent... crappy... fun and tiring becoz of Merlyn's "sotong" disease....
